Wood and Derivatives accelerates in wood packaging

The Bois et Dérivés group continues its development with the acquisition of the company EREM, based in Cognac (16), specialized in the manufacturing and repair of wooden pallets and packaging, this operation, financially supported by Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique, aims to strengthen an industrial hub dedicated to wood packaging serving industrial sectors and the wine and spirits industry, founded in 2005 in Corrèze, Bois et Dérivés (62 employees) is active in the management, processing and valorization of wood, the integration of EREM, a company with more than 40 years of existence generating €3.3 million in revenue and certified PEFC and ISPM 15, enables it to consolidate its production capacities, diversify its outlets and sustain a long-standing player in the region.
